30-day happy-dog guarantee
We want you and your dog to love your order. If you're not happy with it for any reason, email support@brushwag.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll make it right.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Send us a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.
Not right for you or your dog
Tell us what happened and we'll refund the item price. If we need the item back, we'll email you a return address. Please don't post anything back before we've sent it, because returns go to our fulfilment partner, not to the address on the parcel. The item should be clean and complete with all its parts. Gently tried is fine. For lower-cost items we may refund you without asking for the item back. Return postage is paid by you unless the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.
Cancellations
You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of approval, or of us receiving your return or proof of return postage if we asked for the item back. When you return an item under this policy, we also refund the standard shipping you paid on it. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Digital printables
Because printables are delivered as files, we can't take them back once they've been downloaded. If your file is faulty or never arrives, email us and we'll resend it or refund you.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. Customers in the EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway always have at least a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, without giving a reason. Customers in Australia and New Zealand keep all their rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
